Bio: Marie loves being Catholic and getting together with like-minded friends – new and old. She is rather fond of cats, reading, knitting, and good food.  She’s also eternally single – hence her hobbies.  She was the girl who faked a stomach ache when she had to do oral presentations in grade school, and now she’s been leading an Emmaus Small group since the pilot program – the Holy Spirit works in mysteriously wonderful ways! Maureen is a recently retired educator who wishes to continue growing in her faith and service to others. Her favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:6-7.

Mark’s favorite bible passage is Ephesians 2:4-5 “But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.” Linda’s favorite scripture verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.”
